Whether you are training your staff on general topics such as GMP or pharmacovigilance, or on your company’s own SOPs and work instructions, OSIANTO supports the rapid creation of training content from various file formats (e.g. PowerPoint, Word or PDF).
OSIANTO offers various types of e-learning: in addition to standard training divided into chapters, these include video-based training and document-based training, which merely require confirmation that the material has been read.
Once your e-learning has been approved and participants have been assigned, everything that follows works automatically: notification of participants, reminder emails (configurable) and weekly reports to you; OSIANTO does all this for you.
Company-wide planning of training courses.
No problem with OSIANTO, which provides you with various tools for this. Individual training courses can be summarised into course plans, which you can make available not only to individual participants but also to groups or departments with a single click.
To help you maintain an overview, OSIANTO offers additional tools such as reports on users or courses, a convenient function for annual planning and various views, e.g. a training matrix.

You can use various tests to check the level of knowledge of your employees. OSIANTO offers single-choice tests and multiple-choice tests.
After successful completion, users receive a certificate whose template you can provide via the upload function or create directly in the application using a convenient editor.
OSIANTO automatically determines the readability and comprehensibility of questions and answers for you. In addition, course participants can contact the creator of your e-learning at any time if they have any difficulties understanding it.
Validated success software for pharmaceutical companies
All of the e-learning solutions we develop fulfil the strict requirements of pharmaceutical companies and other industries subject to similar regulatory requirements.
OSIANTO is fully validated in accordance with GAMP5. The development and operation of the software is risk-based and quality-assured. Documents for this, e.g. Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), are available to our customers who use the software: for carrying out a Performance Qualification (PQ), for example, or for the next audit or inspection.
Speaking of audits: as a service provider to the pharmaceutical industry, we and our quality management system are regularly audited, most recently in February 2025.
